Prime Urgent Care (“Prime Urgent Care”, “we”, “us”) operates primeurgent.care. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of this website. Information you provide as a patient is protected separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which is available at our clinic and on request.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you call us, email us, or contact us through the website, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and the reason for your inquiry. Calls to the numbers shown on this website may be routed, recorded and analyzed by our call tracking provider to measure which advertising brought you to us and to improve our service.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our servers and service providers record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site you came from, and the date and time of your visit. With your consent (see “Cookies and tracking technologies”), analytics, advertising and call tracking services may also set cookies or similar identifiers on your device and receive information about your visit.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use three categories of technologies:
- Functional. Required for the site to work, such as security, the accessibility widget, and remembering your consent choice. These run without consent.
- Statistics. Google Analytics, used to understand how the site is used. Loaded only after you click Accept.
- Marketing. Advertising, measurement and call tracking services that may set identifiers and receive information about the pages you view in order to measure our advertising and show you relevant ads on other sites. These include Google Ads, CallRail (which displays a tracking phone number so we can tell which ad or page led to your call), and embedded Google Maps. None of these load until you click Accept on the consent banner.
You can accept or decline non-essential technologies when you first visit and change your choice at any time using the “Manage Consent” button shown on the page. Our Cookie Policy lists the specific services and cookies in use.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and non-essential technologies are not loaded.
How we use information

- With your consent, to measure and improve our advertising and to show you relevant ads.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us run the website and our marketing (for example our hosting provider, call tracking vendor, accessibility provider, and marketing agency), who may use it only on our behalf. With your consent, information about your visit is shared with the analytics and advertising services listed above, which use it under their own privacy policies. Under California law, allowing these services to collect information on our site for advertising purposes may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; you can opt out as described below. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share patient health information for advertising.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, to request deletion or correction of your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
